Praise for dad's care in Hereford hospital

My dad was on the ward for a couple of weeks and I can’t praise enough the care he had.

All the staff were so kind and caring towards my father – giving the utmost care when working under so much pressure.

I was kept well informed about what was happening with my father. All the staff cared so much.

He was able to walk again, and was so happy with the care.

My father's hygiene and care needs were addressed. He came home well groomed, as he had a shave and his teeth cleaned. He was looking better then he when he arrived.

Whenever I rang, the staff were as helpful as can be. I remember speaking to Millie on the phone and she was so lovely.

My father's care was A star. He only had positive feedback for the ward.

A special thank-you to Millie, Caitlyn, Sidney, Pippa, Sophie and Claire for looking after dad so well. This is from my father, who wanted to thank them especially.
