A MAN from Malvern who assaulted a man in Worcester will learn his fate next year.
Sebastian Filigeanu appeared before magistrates in Worcester where he admitted assault by beating.
This is in relation to an incident between July 9 and 10 this year, in which the 21 year-old assaulted another man in Worcester.
Filigeanu, of Elgar Avenue, pleaded guilty to the charge and will appear before magistrates in Redditch on January 10, 2022 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
This is pending the outcome of a trial involving co-defendant Robert Kolar.
Earlier this year, Filigeanu appeared in court for an assault which took place last year.
He pleaded guilty and was put under a curfew for three months, the terms of which state he must remain at his address in Elgar Avenue at all times between 6pm and 6am.
He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation.
