COURT: Frankum will appear at Worcester Magistrates Court
A MAN from Malvern will learn his fate after he admitted writing a malicious Facebook post.
Wayne Frankum, of Lower Chase Road, will appear at Worcester Magistrates Court on November 15 after he pleaded guilty to two charges.
These state that on September 30 this year, the 30 year-old sent a Facebook post to another user which "conveyed a threat for the purpose of causing distress or anxiety".
This put him in breach of a community order originally put in place in November last year for a drunk and disorderly offence.
Frankum pleaded guilty to both charges, with the case being adjourned until November for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
He was granted conditional bail until that date.
