A MAN who harassed a woman in Powick will be sentenced next month.

David Stock appeared before magistrates in Redditch where he was found guilty of calling a woman 35 times in two days and turning up at her house despite being asked not to.

The offences all took place at the victim's address in Powick, with the 55 year-old originally pleading not guilty to the charges.

Despite his not guilty plea, he was found guilty in court, and the case was adjourned until November 8 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

He was also charged with causing £420 worth of criminal damage to the victim's car.

According to the charge sheet Stock, of Carrock Fell, Worcester, called the victim 20 times on December 18 last year and a further 15 times on December 19.

He then turned up at her house on December 20 and didn't leave despite being asked to do so.

He also sent the victim a flower on February 14, wrote a Facebook post addressed to her on February 15 and called her 13 times on February 14 this year.
