MORE speed checks have been carried out in Malvern as police try to combat dangerous driving in the town.
Officers have been out in Wells Road and Ryall throughout the week as concerns continue about speeding.
Speeding has long been a concern in the town, with residents and councillors calling for more to be done to combat it.
We reported last month how Leigh Sinton residents had held a village meeting and put up scarecrows on the roadsides to remind drivers to slow down.
Cllr Sarah Rouse said that despite the success of the initiative, there had been another crash.
She said: "We have had another crash - that’s three cars into walls in the village this month.
"We are having a community meeting and we have invited the police and our county councillor along to discuss what can be done given our previous requests were ignored."
How safe are the roads where you live? What more should be done to cut down on speeding?
