Many people are taking part in Veganuary this month; this is a 30-day challenge that asks participants to eat only plant-based foods in January.

If you are taking part for the first time, you might be confused about which foods you can and can’t eat.

However, you don’t need to live of a diet of water and plain vegetables as there are many delicious food items for you to try.

Best of all, you can still indulge in the occasional takeaway as many Worcester restaurants are vegan-friendly.

Also, each one of these places is operating a takeaway and/or delivery service during the 2021 lockdown.

Here are four of the best vegan-friendly places to try this month in or near Worcester:

Be The Change, Corn Market, Worcester

If you are looking for some delicious vegan food at a place with an expansive menu, Be The Change is one of the first places to consider.

All of their food is vegan and their aim is to create delicious and exciting plant-based food that is also affordable.

While you can’t sit in the restaurant itself during lockdown they are operating a takeaway service every day between 12-2:30 and 5-8.

According to Mr Chesher, some of the most popular dishes on the menu include the Dirty Kebab,  the Sticky 5-spice Ribs, the Breakfast Burrito- and of course, the Full Vegan.
