A CARLISLE man is due to appear in court faced with three counts of being in charge of a dangerous dog.
Court papers allege a Husky cross American bulldog owned by David Farish injured three people on three separate occasions early this year.
The incidents are said to have happened in Botcherby Avenue where 61-year-old Mr Farish lives.
The charges state Matthew MacDonald was injured on March 8, Tessa Nash was injured on March 22 and Derrick Wayne Phillips on March 30.
The case will be heard at North and West Cumbria Magistrates' Court in Carlisle on Monday.
