AN unusually-named driver accused of speeding in a Worcestershire village will stand trial in December after denying the charges.
'Mister Fresh' appeared before magistrates in Worcester on October 15 where they pleaded not guilty to two charges.
These are that on March 24, 2018, they drove a Ford Index at 36 mph in a 30 limit on the A4103 at Leigh Sinton, near Malvern at 11:09am on that day.
The other charge states that on May 15 that year, the 53 year-old, of no fixed address, failed to provide driver information to West Mercia Police.
Appearing in court 'Mister Fresh' - no gender specified, also made a statutory declaration to the court that they were unaware they had been convicted of the first offence on October 18, 2018.
This was accepted by the court, and the case was adjourned to December 7 this year at Worcester Magistrates Court for trial.
