FOUR men charged with killing young dad Reece Cox in Sedgley are set to enter pleas in court next month.

The men are accused of murdering 24-year-old Reece in a street attack outside a Sedgley pub, just before midnight on Saturday, August 15.

The case was adjourned at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Monday where a plea hearing was scheduled to take place on September 25.

Wayne Burke, aged 22, of Queens Street, Pensnett; Shane Jones, aged 25, of Orchard Grove, Lower Gornal; Shaquel Halliday, aged 22, of Shadwell Drive, Lower Gornal and Adam Ashwin, aged 19, of Monument Lane, Sedgley have all been charged with Mr Cox's murder.

All four have also been charged with violent disorder and actual bodily harm.

A fifth man, Tyrone Halliday, has been charged with violent disorder and actual bodily harm and is also due to reappear at Wolverhampton Crown Court on September 25.
