A SEMI-detached house in Dudley with a guide price of £50,000 was snapped up when it went under the hammer at a remote auction.
The three-bedroom house on Dingle Close smashed its guide price and sold for £170,000.
The house, which is based on a cul-de-sac close to Oakham Road, went under the hammer with Bond Wolfe Auctions last month where the auction was live streamed on their website.
The auction also saw a three bedroom house on the Birmingham New Road sell for £160,500 and a semi detached on Bowling Green Road was sold to highest bidder at £144,000.
Both houses smashed their £50,000 guide price.
Bond Wolfe Auctions will hold their next remote auction on their website from10am on Wednesday, September 16.
