ALL the hard work done over the recent months is beginning to bear fruit, literally, for our gardeners and they can now sit back back and enjoy the results o their labours.

For many of us, the coronavirus lockdown was a chance to try something new – like growing our own fruit and veg.

Attach your pictures with a couple of details here.

Laura and Sam King have lived in Warndon villages for four years.

Laura said: “We are first time growers, had some packets of seeds in the draw and during lockdown it provided us with something to do.

“We have grown tomatoes, chillis, peppers, Swiss chard, spinach, lettuce, beetroot, radish and strawberries.

“It’s been lovely as we have been able to give chilli and tomato plants away to friends and family who have also never grown anything before.

“I have always been a keen gardener, and Sam has really enjoyed it this year by being able to grow our own.”

Thanks to everyone who’s sent in pictures of their gardens so far.

We want to show off your gardens in all their glory – flowers, vegetables, fruit, and all – and if you’d like to include yourself in the picture, that’s even better.

It doesn’t have to be a detailed study of a plant or flower, and you don’t have to be a keen amateur photographer. Just take a picture, tell us a little bit about your garden and send it to us.

Simply attach your pictures with a couple of details here.

Or you can email them to us at

Don’t forget to include your name, and what area you live in.
