Chesham Utd 11, Malvern Town 0
STRUGGLING Malvern Town saw their season take a turn for the worse at Chesham United.
Paul Molloy's side not only finished this Southern League Division One Midlands clash with nine men but they were also hit for 11 without reply.
Preparations for this match with the Generals had not gone well after Town arrived late and the Langland Stad-ium side were behind after just two minutes when Danny Burnell headed home.
Ten minutes later new signing Pete Boyle saw red after he was adjudged to have handled the ball inside the area and Burnell slammed home the spot-kick.
Dom Marsala made it three on 17 minutes before Burnell's shot four minutes later was deflected home by Nick Clayton.
Things got even worse for the Malvern defender when he was adjudged to have hauled down Burnell and he was promptly sent off.
The Generals' striker completed his hat-trick before the break and Burnell hit his fourth 12 minutes into the second half.
Dave Fotherington and Danny Talbot struck to put Chesham 9-0 up before Adam Parker made it a perfect 10. Marsala completed the rout in injury-time.
