MALVERN firefighters extinguished several portable barbecues on the Malvern Hills, Black Hill and Worcestershire Beacon yesterday.
The crew used backpack extinguishers to put out the fire.
The emergency service shared on Twitter the incident at 7.23pm last night (June 24).
A fire crew from Worcester assisted the RSPCA to lead a family of ducklings to safety yesterday.
Firefighters from Evesham were called yesterday to mobilise a fire at an electrical substation in Glencoe Road.
The fire was put out on arrival and the incident was handed over to onsite engineers.
