THIS photo shows the first full moon of 2020.
The picture of the ‘wolf moon’ was taken by our reporter, Jessica Charles, as she left the Berrows House in Hylton Road.
The first full moon of the year is named after howling wolves and originates from the early Native American tribes.
It was known as this because of the time of year when hungry wolf packs howled outside their camps.
Send in photos you've taken of the full moon by emailing grace.walton@newsquest.co.uk
There is also set to be a full moon on March 9 - so mark the date in your diary.
