THE Liberal Democrats are launching their election campaign in Malvern this week.
The party's candidate for West Worcestershire, Beverley Nielsen, will be hosting the event, which runs from 5.30pm until 7pm at Malvern Theatre.
She said: "I am thrilled that we are holding this event in Malvern to welcome all supporters, whether Liberal Democrat members or not, and hope they will come and join us as we promote our campaign for the centre ground of British politics.

"I will be standing up for progressive, moderate, inclusive liberalism over the coming five weeks.
"I'm standing because for me this is personal. I was born and bred in Malvern Hills.
"I love this place and came back here to raise my family in the Teme Valley. I am inspired by the people I live and work with and our achievements, our ingenuity and our creativity. I
" aim to play my part in this, in shaping a brighter, greener fairer future for all."
