THE Malvern Gazette's Pub of the Year competition is back, and nominations are already coming in.
Our first nominated pub is the Green Dragon in Guarlford Road, which was nominated by reader Jane Brooks, who said: "This is a lovely pub with a friendly landlord and landlady.
"It has nice food and a good atmosphere."
The Green Dragon is a family-run community pub with regular live events and music.
Last year hundreds of pub-goers supported their favourite establishments, with the Wyche Inn winning.
Voting for the 2019 title is now open and closes on Friday, December 20, so use the slip in today’s newspaper to name your favourite pub.
The winner will be announced in the Gazette on December 26, and the landlord will receive a Pub of the Year 2019 trophy and be invited to the Houses of Parliament by MP Harriett Baldwin.
What is your favourite Malvern pub? Let us know by filling in your nomination form.
Last year's Pub of the Year was the Wyche Inn in Wyche Road.
