A PUB near Malvern is bringing Oktoberfest to the area and is hoping to raise money for a good cause in the process.

The Bluebell Inn at Barnard’s Green is hosting the event next month with a weekend of activities and entertainment for all ages.

Manager of the pub, James Grant, said: “Last year, one of the other Marston’s pubs hosted an Oktoberfest and Erdinger came and sponsored it. There was a really good atmosphere at the one last year so we decided to do it here.

“We have got the Mayor of Malvern, Neil Morton coming down to tap the first keg and get the party started.”
