SPRING truly sprung at a show celebrating Dorset's produce.

Dorchester Agricultural Society's annual spring show was held at Sunninghill School in Dorchester and members of the public were encouraged to enter a number of competitive classes including traditional horticulture, vegetables, photography and cookery. Children aged 16 and under were also invited to enter with a range of special classes.

Organisers said there were record entries for this year's show, which took place in April.
