A YELLOW weather warning is still in place for Worcestershire with more snow and ice forecast for today.
The Met Office has put the weather warning in place for large areas of the South and South West of the country, and are warning road users to be aware that there may be disruption to road and rail networks.
Worcestershire appears to have avoided most of the overnight snow, with a dusting of snow in Worcester itself.
Elsewhere in the country, an amber weather warning has been put in place for parts of Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Hampshire and earlier this week the country experienced the coldest night of the winter so far, with temperatures hitting -12C in the North of Scotland.
