A 20-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from the YMCA in Worcester after attacking two women.
Kyle Philpotts assaulted the women in Worcester on December 27.
Philpotts, of Clayfield Drive, Malvern, admitted the offences when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
The court heard that Philpotts' latest crimes breached the terms of a community order he was given on December 22, which he was given for the offences of assault, attacking a woman, criminal damage, failing to surrender to bail and failing to surrender to custody.
On Tuesday, Philpotts was sentenced to a community order which bans him from the YMCA in Henwick Road for 28 days and requires him to do up to 35 rehabilitation activity days.
He was also told to pay a total of £100 in court costs and an £85 victim surcharge.
