A MALVERN man has been fined and given a restraining order by Worcester magistrates.
Simon Potter, 39, of Apple Orchard Close, pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress, using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour in an incident on August 18 last year.
Potter was given a restraining order not to contract victim Mark Morris directly or indirectly, when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on January 4.
Potter was fined £100 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30, costs of £135 - a total of £265, which is to be taken from his benefits.
