RICHARD Johnson, 40, from The Larches, Droitwich was found guilty on Friday, October 5, of driving a motor vehicle with a proportion of specified controlled drugs above the limit.

Johnson was arrested in Malvern on May 25, and he was found to have not less than 2,032 micrograms of benzoylecgonine per litre of blood when the specified limit is 50 micrograms. He was also found to be over the specified limit of cocaine and morphine.

He was banned from driving for a year and fined £150 along with a victim surcharge of £30 and £200 in court costs.
