A 16-YEAR-old boy has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, following a crash which claimed a Malvern teenager's life.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has also been charged with driving without a licence, no insurance and failing to stop at the scene.
A 17-year-old male, from Malvern, died when the car he was in hit parked cars in Weston Street, Walsall, on August 2.
The charged individual has been remanded in police custody and is expected to appear at Dudley Magistrates Court this morning.
