DISABLED people could soon find it easier to access HSBC bank in Upton High Street. The bank has submitted plans to create a second entrance, in place of an existing window, to comply with disability laws. An existing interview room will be removed and its floor dropped to provide level access into the bank. The new entrance will have power assist doors and there will be a ramp leading up into the main part of the building.
