I am full of remorse to the residents of Tanhouse Lane and their flooding problem, but being an old hand at this I know their pleas are falling on deaf ears.
Believe me we have been asking our highways department for 10 years to sort our dilemma, to no conclusion.
We have had a solicitor fighting our cause for 10 months but still with no solution.
We have been flooded twice again but can no longer refer to our insurance as we have a flood excess of £600. Good luck.
