MALVERN and Three Counties Friends of ChildLine raised £571 with a stall in the centre of town during the Great Christmas Festival.
Volunteers manning the stall sold books and cards, and the income was boosted by members of Malvern Town Council circulating in the crowds with collecting buckets.
Branch chair Colin Butler said: "The total is excellent on a day that was wild, wet and windy. I would particularly like to thank the Town council staff and councillors for working so hard for us in very difficult conditions."
The attached photo shows our card stall staffed by(right). Both ladies have given their permission for the photo to be used should you wish to print it.
Many thanks
