TOMORROW (Saturday, March 28) will see the biggest ever Hanleys Community Cafe and Market with some 20 stalls plus an appearance by the Malvern Repair Cafe in Hanley Swan's village hall.

From 10am to 1pm there should be two sewing repairers and four other types of repairers including a knife/tool sharpener ready to repair and sharpen anything electrical or otherwise (within reason) that is brought to them.

Stalls will be selling fresh bread, honey, preserves, fresh vegetables, garden plants, cheese, jewellery, pies, cakes, cards and a mass of other products between 10am and 12.30pm in addition there will be live music from four clarinetists playing a selection of light classical and popular music, a raffle and the usual cafe where you can sit with friends and drink fresh coffee and enjoy homemade cakes at a very reasonable price.

Profits from the cafe and market go to local good causes and this year we are hoping to support the improvement of footpaths in our village and give support to the local community orchard.
