A SURVEY of patients in Worcestershire and the surrounding area has shown high levels of satisfaction with GP services.
NHS England’s latest GP Patient Survey for Arden, Herefordshire and Worcestershire showed 87 per cent rated their overall experience of services as good, while 93 per cent said they were able to get an appointment at a time suitable for them.
The annual poll was completed by 26,808 patients in the area.
NHS England’s director of commissioning for NHS England Arden, Herefordshire and Worcestershire Sue Price said: “We would like to thank all our patients who responded to the survey.
“Their answers help us understand what we are doing right and where improvements can be made.
“We are delighted that 87 per cent of patients said their overall experience was good which is thanks to the hard work and dedication of staff working in GP services.
“We would encourage people to respond to future surveys to ensure we continue to commission excellent care that meets the needs of patients.”
