Pensioner’s trial
A PENSIONER accused of indecently assaulting a teenage girl in the 1980s is to be sent to crown court for trial.
Brian Ogden, aged 75, of Golden Valley, Castlemorton, is charged with two counts of indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 14 in Malvern between July 15, 1982 and April 14, 1984. Ogden will return to Worcester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, July 2, to be committed to Worcester Crown Court.
He was released on the condition he doesn’t contact the complainant and not to have any unsupervised contact with persons under the age of 18.
