MALVERN Hills Conservators has launched its first ever “events programme” to make sure as many people as possible are taking advantage of the great outdoors.
The programme details a series of 23 walks and courses between April and December.
The line-up features everything from glow worm hunts and an ancient tree trail to pond life and “mini mammal detective” days.
Conservators director Stephen Bound said: “The hills are such a fascinating place but even people who use them daily may not know a great deal about their wildlife, history or management.
“These events are an opportunity for local residents and visitors to the area to learn more about this important landscape.”
All events are free but donations are welcome and booking is advisable. To see the events programme, visit malvernhills.org.uk or pick up a leaflet from Malvern Tourist Information Centre.
