THE speaker at the November meeting was Yvonne Stayt, of Gloucestershire.
Her talked revolved around her early childhood in Holland under German occupation during the Second World War.
The meeting on Wednesday at 7pm will include a talk given by Jan Stoney, a society member, about an ancestor who sailed on the Titanic.
The talk is called And the band played on. As usual, the meeting is at the sixth form block, The Chase School, Geraldine Road, Barnard’s Green, Malvern.
