ONCE again we are indebted to Mr and Mrs E Hill for the Poppy Appeal collection in our area.
Local residents were very generous with their donations. Together with the collection from the Service of Remembrance at Birtsmorton a total of £666.51 has been forwarded to the Poppy Appeal Fund.
Thank you to Reverend Mike for a superb service and a very moving address. The poppy wreath was laid by Mr E Hill.
