DANCE the night away with the Pontiacs at Colwall Village Hall on Friday, November 16, from 8pm until 11.30pm. This event is being organised by Colwall Players and profits will go to support the charity Sport for the Disabled. Tickets £10 (to include hot dogs) in advance from John Goodwin’s Colwall office 01684 540300, any committee members or on the door.
The annual village quiz will take place on Friday, November 23, in the Village Hall starting at 7pm. Teams of four – £10. Proceeds are in aid of St James’ Church, Aston, Birmingham.
A celebration of British Music in aid of Macmillan Cancer support will take place on Saturday, November 17, at 7.30pm at the Elms School Theatre, Colwall, with the Volante Strings accompanied by Carl Attwood on piano.
