THE Renowned Californian cosmic country rockers I See Hawks in L.A. have announced a date at The Marrs Bar in Worcester, for Sunday, July 29.

They will be in support of widely acclaimed new album Live and Never Learn.

It’s already having great reviews.

A critic for the Country Music Magazine gave it four stars and said: “Throughout the band’s playing and singing is exemplary, with strong melodies and harmonies underpinning the material.

“A crisp sound suggests I See Hawks In L.A. are refreshed after their absence, and the zest and wit of Live And Never Learn is likely to stand as one of the Americana albums of 2018.”

A spokesman for the band said: “I See Hawks in L.A, are emerging from a string of confrontations with mortality, life choices and the slow leakage of youthful possibility.

“It’s been almost 17 years since the release of their debut. They didn’t get rich or famous, but they’re still here.”
