A RANGE of family-friendly films are being shown at Pershore’s Number 8 during the next few weeks.

Oscar-winning film Hugo , directed by Martin Scorcese, returns to Number 8 in 3D tonight at 7.30pm.

Ice Age 4: Continental Drift , the latest instalment in the popular animated series, is screening in 2D tomorrow at 2pm and 7.30pm on Monday 20 and Thursday, August 23, at 2pm and will be shown in 3D on Saturday at 2pm and Wednesday, August 22, at 7.30pm.

The vibrant new animation, Dr Suess’ The Lorax , will be shown in 2D on Friday, August 24, at 2pm and 7.30pm and on Wednesday, August 29, at 2pm and in 3D on Saturday, August 25, at 2pm and 7.30pm and Thursday, August 30, at 2pm.

The centre is also hosting Orchestral Summer Schools led by the ESO, a free dance workshop for children and an Olympic Art Workshop.
