THE LAND is situated about 1 mile from Cassington on Burleigh Road which leads to Bladon being on the left hand side by the entrance to Purwell Farm just before the railway bridge.

TENDER DETAILS
Applicants are invited to submit offers of an annual rent payable half yearly in advance on the following basis:
1. Tenders to be submitted in writing to Tayler & Fletcher, High Street, Bourton-on-the-Water, GL54 2AP or by email (charles.arkell@taylerandfletcher.co.uk) by Friday 30th June.
The successful applicant will be required to sign a Farm Business Tenancy Agreement for a term of five years but may request a break clause at three years with six month's Notice in writing.
2. The successful applicant to be responsible for trimming the hedges annually in accordance with best practice.
3. The field is to be used for arable purposes only.
4. Please give an indication as to how you propose to farm the land.
5. There are no Basic Payment Entitlements with the land.
NOTE
The Trustees hope to be in a position to accept an offer within seven days of the closure date but do not undertake to accept the highest or any offer.
