Location & Description

This second floor, Apartment is one of just five luxury apartments which were sensitively converted from a former Country House, and latterly Hotel, some 30 years ago.

Since acquisition of the property in 2012, the current owners have almost completely refitted the Apartment, and the property now offers exquisitely appointed accommodation with virtually nothing left to refurbish! Both of the shower/bathrooms and the kitchen are a joy to behold! Hardwood double glazed windows throughout.

Originally sold with a 999 year lease, the five apartment owners now all own a share of the Freehold of the property, and the self run Management Committee look after the maintenance of both common house parts and landscaped gardens, meaning that the Apartment lends itself very well to those who wish to have minimum gardening and maintenance responsibilities.

The elegant listed building has exceptionally attractive facades to the south east and south west, and the Apartment has outstanding south westerly views over the superbly maintained and richly stocked landscaped gardens.

Positioned immediately to the south of the house are two designated parking spaces, whilst closer to the front entrance door, exclusively for the use of Apartment 5, is a recently installed exterior 13amp socket ideal for those who wish to charge their electric or hybrid vehicle. Fibre broadband has been brought directly to the property, and the Apartment has a basement workshop and storage room for those who have hobbies requiring same. To those potentially interested, we strongly recommend a thorough internal inspection. In detail the property comprises:

Directions

Leave the stone built market house in the centre of Ross, taking the B4234 southwards out of the town towards Walford. After approx. 2 miles, there is a sweeping right hand bend at Coughton. After rounding this bend, the road straightens out, and one will see the porticoed entrance of Walford House on the right.
