Location & Description

With its elegant, stone façade, Frith Haven enjoys a sunny, south easterly aspect close to the heart of the well served village of Whitchurch. Ross is some 6 miles to the north east, whilst the historic town of Monmouth is some 5 miles to the southwest.

The house was constructed in the inter war period by the then, well known local builders the Elliott Brothers. In recent years, the current owners have carried out extensive upgrade and refurbishment works, and the property needs to be inspected internally to be fully appreciated. There are many period features and all principal rooms are of generous proportions, many of the main rooms having windows to two elevations.

One of the five bedrooms is on the ground floor, with en-suite shower room and W.C. Adjacent, thus lending itself to those who may need to accommodate an elderly relative.

The gardens have been most attractively landscaped, and there are a fine range of shrubs and trees arranged to the perimeter of the generous front lawn. For those who require garaging and workshop facilities, there is a superbly proportioned four car garage with high roller door and the ability to accommodate a motorhome or similar.

Externally there is background noise from the A40 dual carriageway, but internally, the double glazed windows mean that one is hardly aware of same. In detail the accommodation of character comprises
