Directions

From Hay proceed along the B4350 in a south-westerly direction, signposted towards Brecon. Pass through Glasbury and continue on the A438 into the next village called Three Cocks. In Three Cocks take the right-hand turn onto the A4079 signposted to Builth Wells. Follow this road and at the roundabout take the 2nd exit continuing along the A479 into the village of Llyswen. Travel through Llyswen, joining the A470, and continue through the next village of Erwood. After exiting Erwood take the next turn right over the bridge, signposted Painscastle. Pass under the railway bridge, over the cattle grid and take the next turning immediately to the right for Painscastle. On the B4594 continue up the hill and over the cattlegrid then take the first turn on the right-hand side signposted to Garth. Proceed along this lane ignoring the first driveway on the right-hand side and continue on to where there is a driveway to the right-hand side. The property is located immediately up on the right.
