Rose Cottage is a delightful two bedroom mid terrace cottage which has a lovely combination of traditional features with neutral decor and a warm and welcoming ambience. Peacefully tucked away in a quiet, no-through lane in the delightful rural village of Bricklehampton, situated on the lower slopes of Bredon Hill which is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The heart of the cottage is the sitting room - the warmth and atmosphere of this room, with its lovely Inglenook fireplace is one of the things which makes Rose Cottage feel charmingly relaxed and cosy. The breakfast kitchen has a country cottage feel with a reclaimed quarry tiled floor. On the first floor are two bedrooms and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a cast iron feature fireplace, stripped wooden floorboards, fitted wardrobes and storage with views to Bredon Hill. The garden is surprisingly generous for a quaint cottage, the focal point of which is the low level patio seating area. The cottage also benefits from allocated parking (for two or three vehicles) and has rear access where there are two brick built storage sheds with light and power. Bricklehampton is a small hamlet lying between Elmley Castle and Little Comberton. The village itself has a church and is in catchment for Bredon Hill Middle School and Prince Henry's High School. Elmley Castle has a church, public house, village hall and first school.

Directions to Rose Cottage

From agent’s office on High Street Pershore (B4084). Leave Pershore on the B4084 towards Cropthorne and Evesham. Stay on the B4084 until you reach a right hand turning (signed Bricklehampton) with industrial buildings on the corner sign written Heath Park. Stay on this road until you reach a T-junction. Turn right at T-junction going towards Bricklehampton.

Drive straight through the village and eventually you will reach a very sharp right hand bend (currently there is a board just after this bend advertising some land for sale). ON this bend there is a very small lane off to the left (with a thatch cottage in sight on the right) – this is The Lane. Turn left onto The Lane and pass the thatch cottage. Just beyond the next left hand turn onto a driveway is a parking area for two vehicles. This is the allocated parking for the Rose Cottage. Park here and turn left, walk past the first gate to the second gate. Go through the second gate and through the next gate to the rear door of the property (which is the middle of the three cottages).
