IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the provisions of Article 2 of the above Order have been complied with. The Order relates to the creation of an alternative footpath at Abberley, Worcestershire as described in Part 2 of the Schedule to the Order and replaces the existing footpath referred to in Part 1 of the Schedule to the Order. The Order therefore became effective from the 25th dayofApril2019
