Waste Solutions Ltd Proposal: Application for a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development for replacement of plant within the existing building, replacement of existing oil tanks, small ancillary extension and external refurbishment Location: Waste Incineration Unit, Hangmans Lane, Hanley Castle.

Modern Waste Solutions Ltd is applying to Worcestershire County Council for the grant of a Lawful Development Certificate for a Proposed Use or Development for a waste incinerator use. You may inspect copies of the application, plans and other documents submitted with it at: Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, Worcestershire, WR14 2HU; County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester WR5 2NP; during office hours from 29th June 2018 until 20th July 2018.

A Lawful Development Certificate is determined as a matter of law, therefore, the planning policy and the planning merits of such an application are irrelevant.
