I give notice that: Welbeck Strategic Land LLP Is applying to the: Malvern Hills District Council Planning Application No: 13/00656/OUT for planning permission to Outline Planning application, including approval of access (appearance, landscape, layout and scale reserved) for a mixed-use development with local centre to the south of Worcester including demolition of existing buildings and the construction of up to 2204 dwellings including affordable housing (Use Class C3) and up to 14ha of employment land. The development to also include: Hotel (Use Class C1); Elderly Persons Accommodation (Use Class C2); Business (Use
