Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
(U6121 3 Minge Lane, Upton upon Severn)
(Temporary Closure) Order 2021
Order made: to close that part of U61213 Minge Lane
from its junction with A4104 Old Street to its junction
with U61224 Gardens Walk.
Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises
fronting the highway affected where there is no other
form of access; and to allow the works to be
undertaken.
Alternative route: A4104 Old Street, A4104 High Street, U61233 Dunns Lane, U61232 Severn Drive, U61231 Gardens Walk, U61224 Gardens Walk and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 8 days Commencing: 25 November 2021 [Footpath MV-505 (part), Malvern) (Temporary Closure Order) 2021
Order made: to close Footpath MV-505 (part), between OSGR SO 7672 4762 and SO 7685 4771. The Order is being made in connection with a new housing development.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: will be provided by the applicant within the site during the period of the closure. The proposed Order wi II continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 22 November 2021. (Footpath MV-744 (part), Malvern) (Temporary Closure Order) 2021
Proposed Order: to close Footpath MV-744 (part), from its junction with U63104 Orchard Road to its junction with OSGR SO 778 457. The Order is being made to allow works to be carried out on land adjacent to the right of way. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: will be signed by Malvern Hills District Council.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 13 December 2021.
