Proposed Order: to close that part of U50319 Northwick Road from its junction with U50365 Green Lane to its junction with U50366 Bevere Close. Reason: New Customer Power Connection. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form ofaccess; and to allowtheworks to be undertaken. Alternative route: U50365 Green Lane, U50366 Bevere Close and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 daysCommencing: 3 February 2020.

Reason: Surface Dressing Chipping Works. Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County Council (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2020 [Prohibition of Waiting on Bishops Avenue and Milret Close, Worcester] On 2 January 2020 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester-Bishops Avenue (north west side) from its junction with Milret Close for a distance of 6.3 metres in a westerly direction and 6.5 metres in an easterly direction. Milret Close (north east side) from its junction with Bishops Avenue for a distance of 6.5 metres in a north westerly direction; (south west side) from its junction with Bishops Avenue for a distance of 10 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 16 January
2020.
A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Worcester City Council, Customer Service Centre, The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, Worcester WR1 3PB, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours.
The validity of the Council's powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcementofcontraventions ofwaitingprohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allowparking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 16 January
2020.
