CAROLINE JANE THOMPSON 'CAZ' Aged 54. Died peacefully at home on Sunday, August 11th, 2019. Loving Mum to Gabi, Sister to Sue and Friend to many. Funeral at Worcester Crematorium on Wednesday, August 28th at 1.45 p.m. Dress colourfully. Finding out that Caz had lost her fight with cancer felt like a real body blow. Plans to go and visit this summer were left too late and now I won't get the chance to say goodbye. Caz was three years older than me and therefore, back in the early '70's, represented the "mature woman" to me (probably my first real world crush :). I remember vividly the time in the mid-90's when I went back to Upton-upon-Severn for my University geological mapping field trip. Four glorious weeks in a tiny caravan in the Thompson farm field. Cooking pancakes for the "extended family". Those memories will now be how I remember her. Heart-felt condolences to her family. She will be missed.

I've known Caz since I was 8 years old Caz you were an amazing woman who cared a lot for the people you looked after I'm so happy I got to meet and have you apart of my life you will be truly missed by so many people my thoughts are with you and all your family and friends all my love James smale xxxxx
