PARK Phyl Passed away peacefully at St Michael's Hospice on December 23rd, 2018 aged 76 years. Much loved Mum of Graeme, Mother in Law to Lucy and Grandmother to Thomas and Isobel She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Funeral Service will take place at Hereford Crematorium on Monday, January 14th, at 11.15 a.m. Family flowers only please, donations if desired for St Michael's Hospice may be left in the collection box available at the Service
