MOSS Philip James Passed away peacefully on December 21st, aged 86 years. Formerly Proprietor of Moss Engineering, Ledbury, Motorcycling racer and enthusiast. Brother of Irene, John and the late Edward Moss and loved uncle to the family. For funeral details call 07584 679279.

As a motoring writer, when I was younger I featured Moss Engineering many times in books and magazine articles. Phil was always my go-to man when it came to engineering skills. With Phil being even more deaf than I am, our conversations took on some comical turns and I have nothing but kind, fond memories of Phil and his company. It's good to leave great skills behind when you go. It's even better to leave warm memories. My sincere condolences to all who were close to him. Lindsay Porter, Upper Sapey
