Worcester Warriors.

7 Pennell – put his neck on the line for his team before being forced off for a head injury assessment and did not return to the field.

6 Adams – has yet to really sparkle this term as he had another quiet afternoon before being on the receiving end of Burns’ tip tackle.

6 Willison – involved in some good moves but his spillage almost gifted Tapuai a try before Shillcock came to the rescue with a terrific tackle.

6 Te’o – his knock-on and intercepted pass towards the end proved costly, capping off a frustrating day for the centre who struggled to find his A game.

7 Hammond – was always looking to get his hands on the ball and his determination was rewarded on 22 minutes when he burst through to score.

7 Shillcock – was at fault for Bath’s third try with a missed tackle, but set up Hammond’s score, crossed the whitewash himself and stopped Tapuai going over.

7 Arr – willing to stick his head where it hurts as he was left bloodied following a strong challenge on England ace Watson and kept plugging away.

6 Bower – held his own against experienced tighthead Perenise, but was replaced shortly after the break by Waller.

6 Singleton – the young hooker did not do a lot wrong before coming off at the second half as Warriors freshened up their front row.

6 Alo – not as effective in the loose but Worcester looked steadier with him on the field as Milasinovich was brought on in his place.

6 O’Callaghan – gave his all but received a warning from referee Pearce following his outburst at the official after Bath’s second try.

8 SPENCER – was a force to be reckoned with at The Rec as he smashed forward numerous times, causing Bath plenty of problems. My man of the match.

6 Denton – an error-strewn display from Scot, who would have been determined to make an impression against his former employers.

7 Lewis – returning to the team, the flanker threw himself into every challenge and was useful with ball in hand as well.

7 van Velze – another strong 80-minute shift from the number eight who got through a lot of defensive work and a was commanding presence at the lineout.
