FLANKER Sam Lewis and back Dean Hammond have been restored to Worcester Warriors' starting line-up for Saturday's Aviva Premiership clash with Bath at The Rec (3pm).

Lewis returns after a neck problem forced him to miss Warriors 25-3 defeat to Saracens last Friday while Hammond replaces Perry Humphreys who has been dropped from the matchday 23.

Centre Wynand Olivier, who has overcome a hamstring injury, will start on the bench as Ben Te'o and Jackson Willison continue their midfield partnership.

Director of rugby Gary Gold has also decided to stick with 20-year-old Jamie Shillcock at 10 despite the arrival of Jono Lance on a short-term loan deal this week.

Lance has been named among the replacements which also features ex-Bath players Peter Stringer and Alafoti Fa'osiliva.

Freddie Burns will make his first start for Bath since joining from Leicester Tigers in the summer.

His inclusion is one of four changes to the starting line-up.

Ben Tapuai comes in at inside centre after coming on as a replacement during the 25-9 victory over Wasps last weekend.

Anthony Perenise has been handed the tighthead slot while Elliott Stooke has been given the nod to start in the second row.
